The Walbrook Club is a social and business dining club by the Bank of England in the Ward of Walbrook. Formerly the family offices of Lord Palumbo, the Club opened in 2000 and was the last club designed by the late Mark Birley. There is a bar, a dining room and two smaller rooms.〔(【引用サイトリンク】url=http://www.walbrook-club.co.uk/flash.htm )〕 The Club itself, whose food consultant is Albert Roux of Le Gavroche, is in a 1950s Queen Anne-style townhouse next door to Sir Christopher Wren's Church of St Stephen's and opposite the Bloomberg European Headquarters development. Membership of the Club, which is offered on an equal basis to men and women, is made up of various professions, though given its location at the heart of the Square Mile, finance is the most common profession. == References == *http://www.walbrook-club.co.uk/ *http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/2862941/Business-profile-Chairman-with-a-passion-for-needlework.html *http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/personalfinance/comment/4454094/City-Profile-The-king-of-clubs.html *http://www.telegraph.co.uk/finance/2877777/Lady-Palumbo-whisks-Roux-off-to-Walbrook.html *http://www.spectator.co.uk/wine-club/features/3714363/launch-of-new-style-australian-wines-at-the-walbrook-club.thtml *http://www.forseti.is/media/files/05.05.03.Walbrook.Club.pdf 抄文引用元・出典: フリー百科事典『 ウィキペディア(Wikipedia)』 ■ウィキペディアで「Walbrook Club」の詳細全文を読む スポンサード リンク
